EVALUATION OF CLIENT´S NEEDS
Evaluate client's business plan and then identify the best market options available in China. Focus on Efficiency and Effectiveness, striving to not only doing it right but also correctly. PRODUCT AND SUPPLIER EVALUATION
In the initial phase, search for suppliers and products, we apply the following steps:

Define the product and technical specs;

Identify the suppliers;

Evaluate the product according to specifications;

Visit and audit suppliers installations to evaluate productive process;
NEGOTIATION WITH SUPPLIER
In the phase of negotiating with suppliers in China, in order to strive to obtain the best conditions, in pricing and quality, we implement the following steps:

Create a supply plan for your company;

Negotiate with supplier within this supply plan (specs, quality, packaging, price, payment conditions, logistics and delivery time);

Legal support on revision of supply contracts;
MANAGEMENT OF THE DELIVERY PROCESS
In this phase, we oversee the process of production and loading of the products:

Emission of purchase orders;

Inspection and production follow up of the purchase orders, to guarantee quality and delivery, ensuring products are within agreed specs and market standards.

Follow up logistics on product loading, transport tracking and overseeing smooth custom clearance in China and Brazil.
